should stop diffusing their energies, and should have a single great objective,
which is the liberty in historical homeland (Mesopotamia), and concentrate on
until our goal is accomplished.
We must
never lose sight of our ultimate goal, even if the road to this goal seems to be
hopelessly blocked.
We the
Assyrians of Iran have associated ourselves to the principals of freedom and
justice to advocate the cause of good will among Assyrians tl1fough out the
world. To preserve and promote the history, culture, language, and the unity of
our nation. To dedicate ourselves to the cause of Assyrians liberty in
historical homeland (Mesopotamia).
Assyrians
of Iran have been the cradle of cultural heritage, social traditions and the
uprising of nationalistic movements to manifest our Assyrian identity and to
proclaim our ultimate goal. Never hesitate to disseminate their message and
doctrines to their other bretl1fen' s throughout the world.
Assyrian
minority in Iran proved to be respectful and valued citizens although sparse in
its population, yet has the right to elect its congressman in Iranian
parliament.
We urge
and call upon all Assyrian mass media organization leaders and its coordinator
to gather in an universal forum, to discuss and spell out the means we achieve
our ultimate goal.
In
the near future you will hear from us arulouncing the place and time of this
sacred gathering.

We are happy to hear you call
upon all Assyrian mass media organization leaders to gather in an universal
forum. We enthusiastically view this perspective and agree that Assyrians
should gather their energies to accomplish their principle goal. Doubts and
mistrust have come to possess on. people in every place. So we totally agree
that mass media should work more actively for our cause even though this road to
it might be blocked, as you rightfully put it in your letter. We think the goal
you spelled out for all of us is feasible for the modem history of our nation
has show that Assyrian nationalistic movement ever reached its climax only when
Assyrians of Iran came together to struggle for their legitimate rights and
liberty.
The
Assyrian public and political bulletin "Meltha" tries to keep up the
traditions of its people as well as gather its sparse community in CIS seeking
to pursue the main objective for our nation to- day. The mass media with all its
potential is able to wake up our people and convince them to take all possible
urgent measures to preserve the nation. No political actions or movements can
meet the goal unless the national propaganda is better organized and properly
launched. We are ready to summon all our energy and spirits to work until our
goal is accomplished.
